- The purpose of the contract is to conclude a framework agreement for an electronic dating service
in accordance with the RFC 3161 standard.
This service will be provided from a solution installed either in the Tenderer's cloud or in Smals
data centres.
In both cases theselected tenderer is responsible for providing the hardware required to
deliver the service.
In both cases, the tenderer is also responsible for the support and maintenance of the solution (hardware and software) to ensure electronic dating. Indian the solution is installed in Smals data centers,
support and maintenance services can be provided remotely upon agreement with Smals.
