Description:
The purpose of the market is a driving assistance, surveillance, maintenance, troubleshooting and energy optimization of technical equipment "Atrium, Giga, Center for Design". - thermal, aeraulic installations (HVAC) including GTC (centralized technical management); - frozen water production; - sanitary facilities; - Preparation in domestic domestic (DHW); - Existing gas detection center. Driving assistance is defined as follows: helping configuration and encoding in the GTC of regulation in such a way that the comfort of the occupants be ensured as well as energy optimization. Depending on the period of the year (change of season, extreme temperature, faulty equipment, change of assignment of premises, etc.), this assistance must be maintained. The mission concerns buildings - ATRIUM DE LA SPI located rue du Vertbois 11 to 4000 Liege; - Giga avenue Hippocrates 5 to 4000 Liege; - Center of design rue Paradis 78 to 4000 Liege. The object of the mission is specified in the "Technical clauses" part. Place of services: SPI buildings taken up above.
