- The purpose of the market is a driving, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and energy optimization mission of the technical equipment of "Atrium, Giga, Center for Design" buildings. - thermal, aeraulic installations (HVAC) including GTC (centralized technical management); - Water production icy; - sanitary facilities; - Preparation in domestic domestic (DHW); - Existing gas detection center. The mission concerns buildings - ATRIUM DE LA SPI located on rue du Vertbois 11 to 4000 LIEGE; - Giga avenue Hippocrates 5 to 4000 Liege; - Center of design rue Paradis 78 to 4000 CORK. The object of the mission is specified in the "Technical clauses" part. Place of services: SPI buildings taken up above. Visit of the premises The services must be carried out in existing buildings, a prior visit to all the buildings concerned by this market is compulsory so that the tenderer realizes the constraints implied by the market. At the end of the building visit, the tenderer will receive for Each building a visit certificate. These certificates must be attached to the offer.
