Dreaded Institute - Floriculture Building - Renovation of Ground and Premises Workshops in S-Sol and Enlargement of Surroundings
It is planned the partial renovation of the small building, named "Floriculture", adjacent to the greenhouses, dating from the early 1950s. This contract is limited to the renovation of a portion of the subsoils, the ground floor, of the stairwell and the surroundings of this small building is considered the following interventions: - the replacement of the chassis of the ground floor by lacquered aluminum joinery - the replacement of the door of the emergency exit from the emergence of basement; - the hydrofugeage of the basement of muselons; - the renewal of the paved surfaces to allow the punctual passage of a bulldozer of 2.5t; - the renovation of the rear platform in vegetated roof; - the renovation of concretes located In the perimeter of intervention in the basement; - the slyding of the moellon wall and the replacement of the wall cover existing by a blue stone wall covers; - the renewal of the air draining draining the waters of the rear platform; - the replacement t of the luminaires in the main stairwell and the perimeter of interve ...
