- This assignment arises from the work within the Aquathermal project group of the CIW (Integrated Water Policy Coordination Committee). During 2022, work was done on a blueprint of a policy framework for aquathermal energy, and in 2023 efforts were made to develop supporting instruments and solutions.eleidintegration. The current assignment gives concrete substance to this. This assignment must provide clarity about the thermal capacity that can be extracted from a specific water body, and what the spatial impact zone is of a specific aquathermal project.
