- The aim of the assignment is to draw up a RUP and Plan-Mer (incl. Limited preliminary study) for the Slachthuislaan area. The RUP must arrange the re -use for the Slachthuislaan area from the destination industry to living and green. At the same time, the aim will be made to a neutral planning space balance where the hectares industrial destination must be compensated. For this, the existing business park Mechelen-Noord I is considered to create extra business park. An important mention here is that an area to be determined must be sought and included in the RUP as a separate sub-plan in Mechelen-Noord I. (The RUP will therefore include at least 2 sub -plans.)
