The opdThe task consists of drawing up the municipal spatial implementation plan (including housing needs study), EIA plan, master plan and landscape and management plan.
The multidisciplinary team responsible for drawing up the RUP (including housing needs study), EIA plan, master plan and landscape and managementplan carries out the design research, investigates the collaboration with the various partners/owners, investigates the environmental effects of program proposals and combinations and finally puts the project definition into a draft RUP before going through the procedure as provided for by the VCRO codexot and with final determination.
The RUP must be drawn up in accordance with the legal procedure described in the Flemish Codex for Spatial Planning, the so-called integrated planning process. The Flemish Government has provided a manual for this purpose in accordance with Article 2.2.1ld that clarifies the process approach of the integrated planning process.
The contractor is responsible for carrying out the entire procedure as determined in the VCRO for the preparation of the RUP, with integration of the plan EIA if the EIA cell decides that an EIA must be drawn up. ... - Documents :
