- Description:
- The contract consists of the emptying and disposal of screening waste from 1,100 liter containers in sewage treatment plants and pumping stations in BW as well as the evacuation of waste to a treatment center. This market is planned for a period of 4 years (1 year renewable 3x 1 year). The contract includes the following services: • collection and transport of waste from the storage containers of the in BW wastewater treatment plants to one (or more) treatment lines • processing operations treatment of screening waste according to the sector(s) proposed by the bidder • complete management of the administrative procedures necessary for the operation of the waste treatment sector(s) • supply of documents enabling in BW to ensure complete traceability of screening waste. Under penalty of exclusion, bidders are required to propose a minimum of 2 separate elimination routes. The adjudicator reserves the right to exclude market price, any sector or subcontracting company, if it considers that the sector and/or the subcontracting company does not, or no longer, respect the legislation in force, or does not, or no longer, show all the evidence of traceability.
