- This contract is a contract for services within the meaning of art. 2, 21 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.
The service to be performed concerns: the door-to-door collection of papergrafting includes: Aalst, Affligem, Denderleeuw, Liedekerke, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert, Lede, Galmaarden, Ninove, Geraardsbergen, Herzele, Sint-Lievens-Houtem, Oosterzele, Zottegem and Kluisbergen. The assignment also includes the transport of the collected paperindicated. The address given is located within a radius of 15 kilometers from Industrielaan 18 in 9320 Aalst.
The service provision falls within FostPlus' obligation to take back household packaging waste in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement. To this end, the contracting authority has issued an OVsigned an agreement with FostPlus, the recognized body for household packaging waste. It is also the latter who will reimburse the services rendered by the service provider within the framework of this contract as far as the packaging part of the mixed paper-cardboard is concerned.
