Description:
Context: VDAB can currently only link its online courses to partners who have a learning platform that supports 'LTI'. However, this method is not supported by every learning platform. VDAB wants to create content i.s.m. partners because the expertise is not always available in-house. In return willlet these partners also make the finished online course available on their learning platform. VDAB wants to remain the owner of its online learning material, so the online courses cannot be given to (potential) partners. Objective: VDAB invests from the role of director and connectorfurther in online learning: whereby the digital offer can be made available free of charge and automatically and exchanged with non-commercial partners, such as educational or training institutions (e.g. Syntra, Education, ...) or with companies/sectors (to be conformed to state aid regulations )-VDABhas a whole range of own...(see order documents)
