- This contract is divided into lots as follows:
Lot 1 "Transport of medical mail (mail and parcels)"
This lot concerns the collection and deposit of mail and parcels intended for doctors and mutual insurance companies.
Special feature: this is, essentially, night work since the entire neckMail and packages intended for doctors must be delivered by 6 a.m.
Mail and packages intended for mutual insurance companies must be delivered within 24 hours.
Ordinary and registered (exceptional) management mail must be franked and must be sentdared to postal sorting in Fleurus for 6 p.m. on the same day of the kidnapping.
All quantities mentioned are "presumed". It is possible that these quantities may vary following developments in the electronic transmission of mail in question.
Lot 2 "Transport of samples forthe Laboratory Service and medicines for the Pharmacy Service"
This lot concerns the transport of samples for the Clinical Biology Laboratory Service and medicines for the Pharmacy Service.
All quantities mentioned are called "presumed". It is possible that these quantities pmay vary following developments within the Institution.
