- This market is a service market whose object is the monthly distribution of Wolvendael magazine which appears each month, for numbers from December 2025 to November 2028 inclusive, or 30 distributions from the magazine. Wolvendael must be entirely distributed before the 1st of the month to which He is dedicated. This contract therefore takes courses in November 2025. For information, each issue is disseminated to a number of copies which varies from 45,000 to 55,000 copies. The distribution plan will have to adapt to these different volumes, and the price offer must be able to hold account of these variations, by showing the fixed share in the price and the variable share depending on the number of copies distributed. The distribution covers the following concepts: individual distribution all boxes: - in Uccle (number to be refined by the service provider) - in some areas bordering on the municipality of Uccle (according to a defined plan) for a number of copies to be defined - in particular and specifically in the businesses of the commune of Uccle. Liages deposit among traders, according to listing transmitted, for a number of copies to be defined. The service provider will ensure the Good delivery of copies, and will update the addresses plan for all boxes and traders.
