- The purpose of the Contract is the work, supplies, services, transport, labor and all means necessary for the execution of the replacement of the flat roofs of the workshop and the kitchen of the SPF JUSTICE building located at 5500 Dinant and in particular: - Demolition of the waterproofing membrane, the domes and the damaged support of the flat roofs of the workshop, showers and kitchen; - Renovation of these 2 roofs with the installation of a new panel at the level of the workshop-shower roof, installation of high-performance insulation, new domes, a new waterproofing membrane; - Installation of 2 smoke outlets on the sloping roofs of the visiting room and the workshop; - Inspection and repair of cell roof gutters; - Inspection and various repairs of the roofs annexed to the flat roof of the workshop, replacement of old snuff boxes; - Restoration of the sloped roofs of the various turrets of the prison; - Repair of a partition damaged by water infiltration kitchen level; - Covering the wall of the porch providing access to the garden.
