• Currently, within the Department of Human Resources of the ZOL, various HR systems that are not integrated or only limited with each other is being integrated, which makes maintenance over different systems difficult for our target groups. The functionalities offered today meetNo longer the current and future HR needs.
  We therefore want to invest in an integrated HR system with the following characteristics:

  Investing in an integrated HR system is not a cost item, but a strategic step to support operational efficiency, employee satisfaction and organizational goals of the ZOL. It not only helps to tackle current HR challenges, but also prepares the hospitalon future growth and complexity.
