Description: The Expertise and Steel Department (EBS) of the Mobility and Public Works Department (MOW), hereinafter referred to as the client, has the desire to digitize part of its construction files. Afterwards, the paper files are transferred to your own archive service. EBS is looking for a partner to perform this assignment. This concerns construction files from concrete and steel architectural works of art that are still consulted by the employees of the client.
The classification of construction files is approximately 603 meters in size.
The client makes an overview available to the construction files and the associated metadata.
The documents to be scanned per building file are plans on the one hand and calculation notes and specifications / measuring states on the other. In total it is estimated about:
- Plans: 50 000 of size A0 or larger. 90% of this can be considered as a normal format. About 10% is longer than four meters,
- Calculation notes, specifications / Measuring States: 550 000 images A3 / A4. ...
