This contract is a reserved public service contract which aims to digitize archive documents of the Municipality of Ixelles. The urban planning files which constitute the archives to be digitized are not homogeneous in terms of their contents and this both for the form (types or formats of documents) and for the volume of the archives; The market represents a volume of +/- 300 linear meters of documents contained in +/- 30,000 files including +/- 70% administrative documents, 25% plans town planning and 5% photographs. The market includes +/- 300,000 documents in various formats.
