Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services relating to the development, support, technical and functional assistance of the spatial data infrastructure (InfraSIG) of the Public Service of Wallonia. Description of the services to be performed: the contract relates to a development mission,support, technical and functional assistance for the "Spatial Database" (Oracle Spatial) and "Geoprocessing Platform" (FME) components of the Spatial Data Infrastructure (InfraSIG) implemented by the SPW's Transversal Data Department Digital (formerly Direction of Geodata Integration). It is also dedicated to the technical assistance necessary for the development and implementation of a system of quality control (logical consistency only) and management of the life cycle of objects and geographic data sets within the said infrastructureSpatial ucture. The mission aims at the same time:- the development and maintenance of new components related to the management of geodata within the InfraSIG repository;- the management of test and development environments (spatial oracle and FME Server);- the support and collaboration with managersOperations managers (SPW Digital) for the management of incidents, changes and production releases.
