Context surveys: Since 2009, in the context of the Inning and Payment Agreement between the NMBS and Northern Diabolo NV, surveys have been conducted four times a year in the Airport station to the average percentage "exempt passengersto calculate. These exempt passengers include commuting subscribers and MPs, who are legally exempt from the payment of the 'Diabolo' allowance. The results of these surveys are also used to do the average percentages of free travelers (management contract) and the rights holdersof the NMBS. // Objective: The scope includes conducting the surveys at least four times a year, on the data agreed with NMBS, whereby all NMBS customers must be asked about their type of ticket. The results must be supplied in the form ofExcel files in a predetermined format and a PowerPoint report.
