This assignment concerns the delivery of devices, accessories and masks for the treatment of patients with sleep apnea syndrome through CPAP therapy.
This includes the delivery of: Apap and CPAP devices, humidifiers, filters, tubing, masks .....
also expect from the suppliersA proposal for telemonitoring.
specifically for the 'extra contracting authorities' AZ Sint-Elisabeth in Zottegem and AZ Oudenaarde, we expect 'management software for follow-up of the Apnea Convention'. This is not expected for vzw Werken Glorieux in Ronse, who follows the follow -upof the Apnea Convention in-house.
Important: If the Apnea Convention of the RIZIV "Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome: allowance for the costs of a home treatment with a NCPAP device would change, and this has an impact on the framework agreement that we conclude after the awardof this public contract, then this framework agreement must be back together by the contracting authority and the contractor and the agreement can:
1. on the one hand being suspended, provided that the respect of a notice period of 3 months or
2. can change the agreement wherebyPossibly the contracting authority takes over the devices and the client hires the devices from the contracting authority.
