- This framework agreement concerns the development of new Lottery Shops and the relocation or renovation of existing Lottery Shops in commercial premises rented by the National Lottery or owned by it. This refers to the work/arrangement of the premises from A to Z for the implementation implementation of a store concept developed by the National Lottery, on the basis of a clear plan and measurement established by an architect. This includes, without limitation, the removal of old equipment from commercial premises, ceiling work, painting, electricity and cabling, including installation of chosen new lighting, custom furniture, sanitary ware, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), etc. The work to be carried out may vary from one Lottery Shop to another and will be described in the mini-competitions in the form of a plan and a measurement drawn up by an architect. Markets based on the framework agreement will therefore be put back into competition between the beneficiaries of the framework agreement.
