- The purpose of the contract is to carry out work relating to the redevelopment of the Libramont town square. Description of the work to be carried out: This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of work for the implementation of the first phase of the redevelopment project for the Place Communale de Libramont. The work includes: - earthworks in excavation and embankment and reprofiling of the land including rainwater management swales; - removal of windthrows and felling of trees; - demolition work on foundation coverings, linear elements and furniture, - installation of new sanitation networks and trenches for concessionaires, - construction of roadway boxes for pedestrian paths and vehicle access (geotextile; stonework and concrete or paving stones); - construction of roads and sidewalks including repair of foundations where applicable; - creation of landscaped paths; - installation of street furniture, including lighting; - plantations of trees, shrubs, perennials and grasses; - creation of playgrounds (including games); - construction of a wooden structure building incorporating a public toilet; - construction of a covered hall; - the creation of 8 locations parking including 2 spaces for disabled people; - road marking and signage work Category (CPV code): Landscaping work for parks (45112711)
