- The project to be developed is Zone B of the SparkOH! . Currently, this area includes the biomass boiler room building and its surroundings, the pathways for which have already been implemented. The development of this area aims in particular: • The installation of plantations favorable to biodiversity without compromising accessibility and uses of the area as an educational space. • The installation of a concrete slab for vehicles in the roundabout of the trucks delivering combustible material intended for the biomass boiler room. The purpose of the specifications of this CSC is to define the work and supplies necessary for the redevelopment of zone B in order to allow the diversification of the flora and fauna species present on site and the infiltration of rainwater into the soil. The main elements of the business are as follows: • Planting of perennials, shrubs and trees, with a minimum of 80% native species; • Allow integrated management of rainwater by taking precautions to maintain the infiltration capacity of existing soils; • Guarantee the accessibility of delivery trucks when passing over the planned vehicle slab.
