Description:
The file is part of the City's integrated policy (PIVW) and has benefited from special funding from the Walloon Region. The Lamir park has a total area of approximately 2,200 m2. It is between the nervian square and the lamir street, at the back of the buildings of CPAS and properties of "the Glepin Hospice" and "poor sisters". Access to the park with site machines is by rue Lamir, via the courtyard and its arches. The Lamir Park is distinguished by the richness of its vegetation and its biodiversity, which should be strengthened and preserving. There are old trees, bushy undergrowth, ronciers, a water point, as well as a insect hotel. The developments to be carried out are aimed: - Consolidate social cohesion within this densely populated area, by creating new paths, relaxation areas, a public lighting, game infrastructure and urban furniture; - Value the wooded heritage of the site, by selecting the trees to be preserved, maintaining the senescent trees on foot and by cutting down the trees whose phytosanitary state requires it; - Strengthen landscape quality and Existing biodiversity, thanks to new reasoned plantations (trees, fruit trees, shrubs, hedges, climbing plants, perennials, bulbs, flowery meadows, flowery lawn, etc.); - Integrate cutting water into the plot in order to limit floods in a...
