Development of public spaces around the future line 10 of tram
This work market, the limits of which are defined at the joint adjudication plans, aims to develop public spaces around the future line 10 of tram in the territory of the city of Brussels, in Neder-Over-Heembeek .The site is divided into three major zones: - Zone 1 known as "Heembeek" zone - Zone 2 known as "vekemans" zone - Zone 3 known as "Tyras" zone Each large area is itself subdivided into 4 under zones. The work includes among others:. • The necessary topographic work as well as the development of the detailed plans of the works to be carried out. • The establishment of the inventory of all riparian properties, for all built parts, in plan, in elevation and in the basement, whose cadastral plot is less than 12 m from the edge of excavations to be carried out for the work described below. • The measures necessary for the organization of traffic during the work. • Disassembling the surface coatings and sidewalks of all species, including their foundation to a depth necessary for the execution of ...
