Development of a park and a public square, construction of a nursery and sports equipment located on St. and Place Stephenson and on a land belonging to Infrabel, Schaerbeek and Brussels-Ville.

The purpose of this contract aims to designate a multidisciplinary team for a complete mission of architecture-urbanism, engineering, energy performance consultancy (PEB), security and health coordination, landscaping and 'studies related to the management and sanitation of polluted soils. The proposed team must at least understand the following skills: - urban planning architecture; - Engineering in stability; - Engineering in special techniques; - PEB; - Safety-health coordination; - acoustic; - landscape; - Expertise in soil pollution; - expert in hydrology; - naturalist.The mission is composed of an architecture component and a component of the public space.
