❖ In more detail, the work includes: the development of the old "swimming pool" in new functional premises, and, reorganization of spaces for all building users in order to split/distinguish clearly the ESPCF and HAPCF areas, and therefore daytime and nocturnal. The work of this project mainly focuses on: o a phasing and a rigorous site planning, the site / the establishment is permanently occupied (7 days a week and 24 hours a day). Indeed, it welcomes a specialized school for children in kindergarten and primary (non -autonomous diurnal population) and a Home permanent reception specialized for primary and secondary children (non -autonomous diurnal and nocturnal population); o Demolition - transformation and adaptation of the existing situation; o Strong work and masonry; o occasional interventions in façades; o New exterior joinery; o Interior finishes such as: ■ Partitioning; ■ EL30 or simple doors; ■ Brobs/ tiles/ linoleum; ■ Faux-Plafonds; ■ Menuiseries/ furnishings; ■ Compartmentalization; o Sanitary: ■ Adaptation of the existing; ■ food ...
