Description:
The contract concerns the appointment of an author in order to develop a municipal development plan in compliance with the CoDT. The market also includes information to the population, participation in sessions of the CCATM (Communal Commission for Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Mobility) as well as the regular presentation of the progress of projects to the Municipal College and the Municipal Council. The mission is carried out in accordance with the legislation relating to regional planning, in particular articles D.I.11, D.II.9 and following of the CoDT. The market is divided into five phases : • 1st Phase: Contextual analysis; • 2nd Phase: Territorial Strategy; • 3rd Phase: Report on environmental impacts; • 4th Phase: Possible adaptation of the project following the recommendations of the RIE Public inquiry and opinion of the consultative bodies on the SDC project; • 5th phase: Possible adaptations to the project following the public inquiry and the opinions of the bodies consulted (final report and conclusions) and environmental declaration.
