- Development Digital management system "Aalterbon". The existing platform of Aalter vouchers must be renewed. With this specifications, the local administration wishes to give substance to a system/platform for digital and physical gift vouchers that are only valid within Aalter. The coupons must be like Local payment method, so it must support a wide network of participating stores and/or service providers within Aalter. More specifically, the Local Board Aalter is looking for a user-friendly automated system that uses a unique bon coding, which fraud makes it impossible and charges the management (payment and follow -up). The assignment has a phased course, but is not divided into plots. The assignment starts with an implementation phase. The implementation phase consists of the following partial phases: (i) implementation of the software inside The ICT framework of the contracting authority (II) phase for the connection with internal and external systems, including the accounting software, ... (III) Internal test phase - the contracting authority tests the software offered without the financial transactions. The The contracting authority aims for the following timeline for the execution of the assignment: • Start implementation as soon as possible after closing assignment • Go-Live on 01/12/2025 • Maintenance and management phase t.e.m. December 1, 2029
