• Tenders are invited for Development of Calculation Methods and Requirements for a Data Preprocessing Tool for IMPACT (DPT-I). TECHNICAL CAPACITY CRITERIA The Tenderer shall have its own access means to recorded ADS-B and/or radar information, for statistically representative traffic samples. The Tenderer shall have the Technical and Professional Capacity to deliver in the area of aircraft performance modelling and trajectory data analysis, including experience with similar projects and sufficiently skilled resources. TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Excellent knowledge of calculation me thods for input data pre-pocessing in support of environmental impact assessments of aviation within TMAs, including in particular knowledge of the aircraft performance modelling part of ECAC Doc 29. Proven experience in reverse-engineering calculation methods to derive unavailable flight parameters from recorded (real) aircraft trajectories within TMAs Proven experience in processing and analysis of ADS-B or radar trajectories within TMAs, over large traffic samples.
