IMIO is articulated around three main activities:
- Produce open source software that meets the needs of local authorities. The open source model allows IMIO to have the control of tools and have the choice of the provider for developing. Part of developments can also be insured internally, which guarantees greater autonomy of action;
- Buy solutions in purchasing center / market to enable municipalities to benefit from market solutions at a lower cost and offer an accompanying service to their use and their evolution;
