Description:
The Department of Care wishes to conduct scientific research to develop a vulnerability scale with which individual clients can be classified in order to assign a vulnerability profile, whereby a cut-off point is also determined. The result should be a scale that can be used to assign a vulnerability profile to individual clients in home care. This vulnerability profile will be used in the context of the calculation of the user contribution for family care for family care services. For clients who reach a certain cut-off point, a different calculation of the user contribution will apply.
