- The Department of Care wishes to have a scientific study carried out to determine which and how many vulnerability indicators must be present to determine whether and to what extent a family care service focuses on vulnerable target groups. In addition During this scientific research, a weighting factor must be assigned to each indicator and a threshold value must be determined. This research should build on the previously conducted research in which the vulnerability indicators were developed. The result should be a measurement protocol that can be used in the context of the new financing model for family care services.
