Developing and implementing a solution for efficiently requesting, consulting and following up on reimbursement applications for chapter iv(bis)/viii medicines and framework agreement for associated licenses and maintenance
UZ Ghent wishes to streamline the current process for requesting, applying for andoptimize and digitize follow-up of reimbursement applications for Chapter IV(bis)/VIII medicines. The solution that UZ Gent wishes to implement works seamlessly with the internal software packages (e.g. EPD, pharmacy package, etc.). The transition to a digital working method can ben different (test) phases. The following functionalities must be delivered: 1. A context link based on the internal software packages that makes consulting, requesting, extending or terminating agreements simple, efficient and at the time of placing theorder or shortly afterwards. This link/application is provided to such an extent that maximum effort is made on the electronic processing of certificates.2. One digital real-time work list with all outstanding certificates, both for inpatient and outpatient prescribed medicines.ia our software packages. This worklist is equipped to make controlled adjustments (such as changing the assigned service/doctor, etc.) and additions. 3.
