Description:
Tourism Ostend vzw (De Contractter) wishes to appoint a partner for the development, production, installation, exploitation and reduction of a light trail in the context of the winter walk 28/11/25 04/01/26. This trail is a visual and substantive reinforcing hatch for an audio walk, In which visitors are led through the city by a beachjutter girl and her washed-up fisherman. The light installations poetic elements from the story bring to life and are spread over 7 fixed locations in the city, with an optional eighth free interpretation. Four installations are marked as XL and act as visual highlights or photo moments. The development of the installations is done in close consultation with the contracting authority and sand sand that will unsubscribe the story and help determine the content of the installations. The works must be ready for use against 25 November 2025 and daily operational from 28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, each time from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.. The services are described in more detail in the technical part of this specifications. The current assignment does not include plots. The file is not divided into plots because the OM a Integrated whole goes where design, delivery, placement, coordination and technical coordination are inextricably linked.
