Description:
Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The objective of the contract is to use culture as a vector to communicate on the values inherent to Interreg and the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region, such as cooperation, partnership, reconciliation and solidarity, and to strengthen the brand identity and visibility of the Strategy and the Interreg IPA programmes through: organisation of or cooperation with four interactive cultural and artistic live events, in Brussels or Adriatic-Ionian Strategy partner countries, emphasising the values of inclusion, reconciliation and solidarity. All four artistic live events should include digital and/or physical space for cultural operators, artists and audiences from different countries in the Adriatic-Ionian Strategy to share ideas and engage in debates, supported by digital Cross-Border video conferencing. The preparation of visibility and educational material (such as video recordings, articles, news items, social media posts, thematic reviews, promotional shoots and trailers, hand-drawn or animated videos/films, etc.) to document all four events, which will be provided to the Strategy-s stakeholders for their dissemination.
