The contracting authority places an assignment for designing, building and definitively re -use flexible residential infrastructure. The contracting authority attaches great importance to a sustainable, circular and flexible solution. Since the residential infrastructure will have multiple destinations, the residential infrastructure must be flexibly designed both composition and design. After the contracting authority wishes to give the residential infrastructure a second life with a definitive character at a different location. For this final re -use, such as student housing, the residential infrastructure will have to be converted (partially) to meet the residential standards that apply to this re -use. The contractor must therefore be able to move and model the residential infrastructure to meet the requirements of the final re -use. The residential infrastructure will have to meet various residential standards during its entire lifespan.
