The Board wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for this assignment.
The object of the framework agreement consists of the following parts:
Part 1: Supplying a wide range of personalized promotional material.
These are promotional items that can be printedand with the Odisee logo or the Student Facilities Service logo (Stuvo) and the exceptional General Student Council (ASR) logo.
The most commonly ordered promotional items are pens, tote bags, T-shirts, hoodies, A5 writing pads and graduation hats. The promotional items are usually delivered in a short period of time, possibly in no timecan be personalized in large quantities and at competitive prices.
Part 2: Setting up an internal and external webshop and managing it from A to Z, for the promotional material and brochures supplied by an external printer. The webshop must have an ordering system with a flow for internal ordersOdisee employees and a flow for external applicants who pay for their order online. The supplier must offer a payment system for external applicants and be responsible for any returns.
Part 3: Logistics partner of the communication and marketing service van Odisee. The supplier must be responsible for the handling and shipping of promotional material and brochures supplied by an external printer.
