Description : 5-year framework agreement with operator, for all Fluxys personnel, for:
Appointing a travel agency that will be responsible for booking and issuing travel tickets and hotel accommodation within the context of Fluxys' international activities.
This will involve booking and/or issuing:
• airline tickets, to and from abroad;
• train tickets requiring a reservation, to and from abroad;
• car hire or drivers if necessary;
• hotel accommodation.
The contract has two parts:
1) Travel agency services: searching for itineraries, making reservations and issuing tickets, accommodation (= offline: telephone or e-mail); and
2) Provision of an electronic platform (online tool) that can be used to view offers available on the market for AIR, TRAIN and CAR transport and for accommodation (= online).
