Description:
The market relates to the appointment of an architect for a complete mission of project author for the renovation and compliance of the sports infrastructure of the GESVE farming and horse riding school. The planned work is part of the WAO (Wallonia ambitionGold). The mission of the project author targets two parts: the completion of the auction file as well as the site monitoring mission. The adjudication file (first part of the mission), including the necessary plans, the metrics and the specifications, must imperatively be handed overto the contracting authority no later than May 21, 2025 (12:00 p.m.). The acknowledgment of receipt, the full request for town planning permit (proof of deposit included), will have to be provided to us no later than Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 12 noon. The market procedure will leave the project author very shortly to carry outthe documents required. For information, the current estimate of this work would be around € 2,300,000 excl. Tax.
