Description:
The subject of the market consists in the appointment of a provider of urban planning services and/or a multidisciplinary team of project authors with a view to the realization of the municipal rural development program of the city of Aubange approved by the Wallon government dated February 8, 2024For 10 years.
PCDRs are subject to legislation relating to rural development. It is currently defined by the decree of the Walloon Parliament of 04/11/2014, to the Walloon Government Decree of 12/06/2014 and the ministerial circular of 10/09/2021.
The Communal Development ProgramRural (PCDR) is a global and sectoral policy of management by objectives. The final objective is to ensure the inhabitants a "better living" based on new achievements in terms of level and quality of life. The population is an essential partner in its own right of any operation ofRural development.
The basis of the rural development program of the city of Aubange was declined according to a strategy incorporating: 1 challenge, 4 objectives and 10 operational objectives. These objectives have been and will be implemented as much as possible in order of priority according tosubsidies that the city could benefit from. The objectives of the PCDR of the City of Aubange will therefore be achieved by the 16 material projects (M) and the 13 intangible projects (IM) grouped in 3 lots.
