Description:
The project is to develop a village square in Beaurieux, on the plots adjoining the village church, along rue du Grand Philippe. The objective pursued is to create a place of conviviality and games for residents and to offer room for youth movements. Like the leisure function, the greening of space is an element that will contribute to its attractiveness. A development sketch of the place has already been designed and presented to the inhabitants in 2022. It is taken up in the project sheet presents in appendices. Work program The implementation of the project requires the demolition of the unifamilial house located On the A602B2 plot, at the back of the church compared to the rue du Grand Philippe. The layout of the square includes the following elements: - a parking area for cars of 14 locations (a removal -reprise area could be envisaged); - a game area for children; - pétanque ground; - urban furniture (benches, trash cans, etc.); - a modular room of around 100 m² intended to accommodate youth movements; - A journey for pedestrians connecting the different ele ...
