Designation of a financial expert - Drafting mission of an exchange report
Designation of a financial expert with the mission of writing an exchange report (cf. art. 12:40 Preparation of the closing of the transfer operation, by Nethys SA (direct subsidiary of Enodia), of a majority participation in the telecom operator Voo in Orange Belgium. The estimated date of closing is set for March 2023 and essentially depends on the current control procedure before the competition authorities as well as several other precedent conditions. For the purpose of carrying out this transfer operation, it is notably scheduled that ODIA acquires Brutele shares, an inter -municipal company which provides telecommunications and television services by means of its cable network infrastructure covering the 30 municipalities which are affiliated there, including 6 six Brussels municipalities and 24 Walloon municipalities.
