- Designation of a design office as part of the renovation of the Omnisport hall
Following the obtaining of subsidies granted by the Walloon Region, the municipality of Montigny-le-Tilleul wishes to carry out the energy renovation of the Omnisport hall located at rue du Bois Frion in Montigny-le-Tilleul.Afin to answer the Call for projects, the contracting authority has made an energy audit and a PEB certificate of the building. On the basis of this audit, the work carried out in title 3 was introduced in the request of subsidies. The market concerned is a market of services aimed: the complete missions (until the reception of the work) of an author Project by the appointment of a complete design office as part of the energy renovation of the Omnisport hall, in order to in particular carried out the recommended work detailed in title 3. The design office will bring together the skills necessary for the execution of the Project: architecture, stability, special techniques, energy savings, home automation, security, safety-health coordination,….
