The object of this concession: designing, renovating, furnishing, managing and operating a recreational design in the Speelhof site in Sint-Truiden. Explanation: There is a historic building complex in the Speelhof domain in Sint-Truiden. The city of Sint-Truiden wishes a concessionaire To appoint this this historic building complex, which will already be partly renovated to a hull level (see appendix [C]), further renovate, furnish and operate. This design must have a recreational function as the main destination, with a focus on sports or relaxation, and with catering industry As an ancillary destination: but for the rest, the concessionaire is offered the freedom to fill this position (if the contract of the contracting authority). Location of works: Domein Speelhof, located in Speelhoflaan 5, 3800 Sint-Truiden, Kadastral known as section 2, section D, plot number 388H.
