Description:
The purpose of the concession is the design, realization and financing of the redevelopment, as well as the exploitation of the former RTBF buildings at the Palais des Congres de Liege (hereinafter). I.G.I.L. wishes to provide, by this competition, to the maximum valuation Financial of the property, but without neglecting the quality of the real estate project, both in heritage, cultural, urban and architectural terms and in terms of energy performance, that the contractor undertakes to achieve it according to the functional programming and the production calendar described dans son Offre (ci-apres le Projet ).
