- The purpose of the concession is the design, realization and financing of the redevelopment, as well as the exploitation of the former RTBF buildings at the Palais des Congres de Liege (hereinafter "the Good"). I.G.I.L. wishes to provide, by this competition, to the maximum valuationFinancial of the property, but without neglecting the quality of the real estate project, both in heritage, cultural, urban and architectural terms and in terms of energy performance, that the contractor undertakes to achieve it according to the functional programming and the production calendar describedIn its offer (hereinafter the "Project"). Give the property in emphyteosis to the contractor so that he realizes the project on the property. The contract, of which the Term-Sheet is attached in appendix B.5, will be signed in private seating within two (2) months of the appointment of the contractor andauthenticated after obtaining the license.
