As part of its recurring efforts to consolidate, pool and standardize, the HELORA hospital network announces that it will launch (if necessary via a joint contract) during the last quarter of 2023 an innovative works contract tending to to the design, theObtaining the required permits, construction and maintenance (Design Build and Maintain) of a hospital logipole intended to provide various logistical support missions to hospitals (but also to rest homes and nurseries) of the network (Jolimont Group and CHUPMB) .
This future platformintegrated hospital logistics will be set up in Mons on the GEOTHERMIA site (6ha6). ) and laundry (/- 3600 tons of laundry/year); he will also understandalso a central store, a central pharmacy (non-sterile), administrative premises (offices, changing rooms, toilets), technical workshops, loading/unloading docks, one or more car parks (/- 200 open air and covered spaces), surroundings, access roads to the road networker existing building.
HELORA absolutely wants this to be a sustainable building, highly efficient both in terms of energy and functionality, the objective being to provide a high quality service with optimized flows.
