This market is a public work market, relating to both the financing and execution of works as well as on services relating to them, having for object: • the design and execution of a Book, allocated mainly to approved housing, accessible to households whose income does not exceed the maximum income set in the supply of the contractor, and in any event the average income within the meaning of the organic order of revitalization urban of October 6, 2016, in return for taking up a area of area, by the contractor, on the good; • The exploitation of the structure carried out, meeting the requirements defined by the adjudicator to meet public utility, for a minimum duration of 15 years to date from the provisional reception of the work as defined in clause 6.10. 1 “Provisional reception” of this Special Specifications of the Specifications.
