Description:
This market is established in the form of a design & build (D&B), a public work market with design and monitoring of the execution of work, and concerns a 4-storey building (ground floor + 5 levels), comprising 39 occupied social housing units. The work focuses on theEnergy renovation of the outer envelope of the building: renovation of the facades, insulation of the roof and replacement of the chassis. The renovation also implies the replacement of current individual boilers by a new collective heating system and the implementation of aventilation system. A marked improvement in building energy performance is expected. The development of the immediate surroundings of the building is also part of the program.
