The assignment includes the design and realization of a maintenance facility for aircraft engines, with accompanying offices and social services. The technical installations must be designed Future Proof to ensure that the sustainability strategy of the customer end user and Brussels Airport Company is filled (just zero carbon). The project should be flexible in its environment in view of future expansion.brussels Airport Company has decided to develop the new building through "Design & Build", with a consortium being sought with at least the following disciplines: construction, Architecture, stability and techniques. Candidates should also take into account that the necessary attention will also have to be paid to, among other things, acoustics and compliance with the EPB requirements in the design and realization of the building.
